Memethropic is a meme generation API. This policy defines what you may and may not use it for.
Permitted Uses
Content creation, marketing, social media, presentations, newsletters, software applications, educational content, personal projects.
Prohibited Uses
- Content that harasses, threatens, or targets individuals
- NSFW or explicit content
- Hate speech or content targeting protected characteristics
- Political disinformation or election interference
- Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging
- Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
- Scraping or reverse-engineering Memethropic systems
- Reselling API access without permission
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this policy without prior notice. Serious violations will be reported to relevant authorities.
