Overview
We want you to be happy with Memethropic. This policy outlines when refunds are available.
Subscription Plans
Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Scale) can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Pay-As-You-Go Credits
Topup credits are non-refundable once purchased. They do not expire.
Exceptions
If you experience a billing error or were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we will make it right.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
