Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. When you use the API or dashboard, we collect usage data — which endpoints you called, how many memes you generated, and whether they were any good (we can tell).

We also collect standard server logs: IP addresses, request timestamps, and error traces. This is not surveillance. This is infrastructure.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train external models. Your memes are yours. We are a meme API company, not a data broker.

Meme Storage

Memes you generate are rendered and stored on our CDN. They are associated with your account. Free-tier memes may be purged after 30 days. Paid-tier memes are retained for as long as your subscription is active.

If you delete your account, your memes are deleted within 30 days. We do not keep a secret archive of your masterpieces.

Cookies

We use cookies strictly for session authentication. We do not run third-party tracking pixels or ad retargeting. You can disable cookies in your browser, but then you won't be able to log in, which will limit your experience considerably.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for authentication and database storage, and a CDN for image delivery. Both are governed by their own privacy policies. We chose them carefully.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or correct any inaccuracies. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe, which is to say: promptly.
